Team Beachbody

As I mentioned in my about me I am an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. I know a lot of people are not familiar with what Beachbody is, well I am here to tell you about it!

Beachbody is a community that was developed to help people lead healthier lifestyles, whether it’s through working out or simply by changing eating habits. Some may be familiar with the workout programs P90X and Insanity, they come from Beachbody.

What is my job in all this as a coach you may ask? My job is to be there every step of the way while improving your life as your Beachbody coach. I will be there for you with answers to questions, there to motivate you, push you, and help you in ANY way I possibly can.
